Here for Sheffield

The Sheffield Property Association (S-PA) brings together a group of businesses committed to improving Sheffield’s built environment. This city is our home, and our aim is to make it a great place to be for everyone who lives, works and socialises here.

About

Working Together

Together, we support, celebrate and promote Sheffield. Connecting land owning and development businesses with stakeholder and partners, we build relationships that strengthen Sheffield’s communities.

Since 2017, we’ve been driving investment, opportunity and prosperity in our city. Research and data enables us to shape debates and inform decision-making. As a network of local property experts, we work collaboratively to ensure Sheffield’s built environment benefits local people and the communities that we’re a part of.
